I created this recipe book with you in mind -- the woman who is simply after whole food ingredients and ease around what to do with them. This is a simple how-to for building beautiful food for your family and friends.  

I also wanted to share with you how I nourish and support myself on the fullest days in my schedule; not only in business but with the added hustle of Christmas shopping, social events, two hockey tournaments, dance and oh yes…creating some time for movement, time with my husband and some space just for myself.
